This boutique CRM consultancy is enjoying some fantastic growth in the US and now needs an ambitious Principal Consultant to join their talented team.

In this client facing role, you’ll work closely with clients to scope, design and implement cutting‑edge CRM solutions to solve real world business problems. You’ll have the opportunity to lead projects across the full lifecycle, use your hands‑on technical skills, and direct more junior members of the team. You will take ownership of Salesforce (and Creatio) projects, ensuring delivery is of a high-quality while balancing both functional and technical responsibilities. Your day‑to‑day will include:

• Leading discovery workshops to gather business requirements and translate them into well‑defined user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
• Designing and implementing scalable Salesforce (or Creatio) solutions that address complex business challenges.
• Managing stakeholders at all levels, providing strategic guidance and ensuring solutions align with business goals.
• Hands‑on technical
  , your skills will go deeper than just configuration, leveraging declarative tools as well as Apex, Lightning Web Components, and/or other custom coding solutions (C#, .NET) when needed.
• Overseeing data migration
  , ensuring accuracy and seamless integration with existing systems.
• Driving project success
  , managing timelines, risks, budgets, and delivering regular status updates.
• Mentoring junior consultants
  , sharing knowledge, and helping them grow their Salesforce expertise.

You will need to be a dynamic, hands‑on Principal Salesforce Consultant with a strong blend of technical and functional expertise in either Salesforce and/or Creatio.

You might currently be working at a Salesforce Boutique and looking for a change, or perhaps you're in a large consultancy or SI and eager to make a greater impact in a more agile, fast‑paced environment where you can wear different hats and make an impact.

• Proven track record of delivering successful Salesforce and/or Creatio solutions across the full project lifecycle.
• Strong leadership skills
  , with the ability to guide and mentor junior team members.
• A proactive, problem‑solving mindset
  , comfortable wearing multiple hats across different projects.
• Deep functional expertise
  , including requirements gathering, business analysis, stakeholder management, and project delivery.
• Familiarity with query languages such as SQL and SOQL (desirable but not essential).
• Salesforce and/or Creatio Certifications with a commitment to continuous learning.

While you don’t need to be a full‑time coder or hardcore developer, but you will ideally have some hands‑on experience or at least a strong knowledge and will be comfortable getting involved in technical aspects when required.
