We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead medium to large-scale, highly complex IT initiatives involving SaaS and open-platform technologies
. This role will own end-to-end project execution, including planning, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder communication, and delivery across Agile and Waterfall environments
. The ideal candidate is both a strong delivery leader and a business-oriented partner capable of guiding enterprise projects to successful completion.

• Assemble detailed project plans, define teamwork assignments, and direct daily work efforts.
• Track key milestones and adjust project scope, schedules, and resource plans as needed.
• Manage one or more cross-functional projects of medium to large size and moderate to high complexity.
• Conduct plan vs. actual cost tracking, issue resolution, schedule management, and executive status reporting.
• Coordinate communication across enterprise stakeholders impacting scope, budget, risk, and resources.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Serve as the primary Sr. Project Manager while also learning the business domain to support solution delivery.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and elevate risks, timeline, and functional issues appropriately.

• Enterprise projects involving SaaS platforms and open systems
• Initiatives delivered using Agile and Waterfall methodologies

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10–12 years of overall IT experience
• 5+ years of hands‑on project management experience
• Advanced ability to implement and manage complex project plans, budgets, and forecasts
• Strong expertise in resource management, quality control, and schedule management
• Advanced experience with risk assessment and mitigation planning
• Proven ability to manage moderate to highly complex, multi‑workstream IT projects
• Strong financial management experience including budget tracking and forecast control

• Ability to collaborate effectively with architecture and technical engineering teams
• Strong decision‑analysis skills with the ability to recommend optimal tools, methods, and approaches
• Experience managing projects with multiple sub‑projects reporting into a common program structure
• 3+ years of Big 4 consulting experience (preferred)
• Stable work history with large enterprise organizations
