Oracle Systems Analyst​/Architect

Description

The Business Applications Analyst III – ERP serves as a senior subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion ERP modules, including Supply Chain Management (SCM), Human Capital Management (HCM), Finance, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), and Payroll. This role leads cross-functional initiatives, provides high-level administration of applications, and ensures quality delivery and system availability. The Analyst assists, trains, and mentors other ERP team members, supports business partners, and proactively manages and troubleshoots issues within related technology teams.

This position plays a critical role in aligning ERP systems with enterprise goals and enhancing operational efficiencies.

• Lead Oracle Fusion ERP application design, configuration, testing, and implementation for one or more specialized areas: SCM, HCM, Finance, EPM, and/or Payroll.
• Provide expert guidance on ERP configuration, reporting, and integrations.
• Collaborate with functional departments and IT to align ERP systems with organizational objectives.
• Identify and implement process improvements for ERP and related applications.
• Analyze and document current and future workflows, regulatory requirements, and operational procedures.
• Participate in planning, development, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of business application systems.
• Contribute to system design, workflow documentation, data collection, database building, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure deliverables meet project scope and departmental standards.
• Train and mentor junior analysts and assist business partners in leveraging ERP tools for efficiency.
• Maintain and develop expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP and related technologies.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to deliver solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Strong self-starter mentality with high-level communication skills.
• Proficient in HCM, Oracle Fusion, Payroll, and Business Analysis.
• Expert level experience in Oracle Fusion ERP modules.
• Excellent project management and problem-solving abilities.

Pay range: $75.00 – $95.00/hr.
