The Lead Data Analyst will mentor, coach, and develop team members, ensuring high quality and accuracy in deliverables while serving as an escalation point for complex client issues and engagement challenges.

• Lead mentoring, coaching, and training for team members to enhance skills and performance. (30%)
• Monitor and review team work to ensure quality and accuracy. (10%)
• Serve as escalation point for clients when issues arise with engagements. (10%)
• Provide technical advisory support on enterprise report development, data preparation, and requirements gathering to align solutions with client business transformation goals. (15%)
• Lead design and delivery of advanced SQL using Presto/Hive, developing complex, efficient queries on large data sets and optimizing queries that enable client insights. (15%)
• Design and develop scalable data warehousing solutions, building ETL pipelines in Big Data environments (cloud, on‑premises, hybrid). (10%)
• Develop and deliver client analytics and strategic reporting on vendor, contract, and risk management for informed leadership decision‑making. (5%)
• Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and industry best practices, helping clients adopt innovative data strategies and maximize ROI in analytics initiatives. (5%)
• Work as a roving employee, traveling up to 20% of the time within the U.S. for client meetings and occasional on‑site training.
• Participate in marketing and pre‑sales efforts to win projects and build client relationships.
• Create new enterprise business processes utilizing existing organizational templates.

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in information systems, computer science, or closely related field + 6 years of experience as a data analyst or related BI role in healthcare and contact center domain.
• 6 years experience in software asset management including CSAM, CAMP, CAIAM certifications.
• 6 years experience querying data using SQL, Python (deep knowledge of frameworks like FastAPI, Flask or Django).
• 6 years experience designing, developing, optimizing dashboards and deploying semantic data models in analysis services, tabular models and Power BI/Tableau, including DAX, for reporting and dashboard use.
• 6 years experience in data mining, ETL and large‑scale databases in business environment.
• 6 years experience utilizing R, Python, Hadoop, and SQL to drive performance analytics models, using cloud storage and computing technologies such as AWS Redshift, S3.
• 6 years experience in SharePoint development and administration, including custom web parts, workflows, SPFx development with React, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery.
• 6 years experience developing and integrating Power Apps, Canvas Apps, Model‑Driven Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Report Builder, Dataverse, SQL Server, Azure AD, Microsoft Teams.
• 6 years experience developing Power Pages to create external websites or applications and providing knowledge transfer as Power Platform SME.
• 6 years experience developing Power Automate flows for multi‑step approval workflows, scheduled processes, automated notifications, and integration with multiple data sources (Dataverse, SQL/Azure SQL, SharePoint, third‑party APIs via connectors).
• 6 years experience with Power Automate Desktop RPA, AI Builder technologies, Power Apps integration with Azure API Apps and REST services, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents, Dynamics 365 customizations.
• 6 years experience in enterprise data domains including Azure Data Lake (Gen2), Synapse Analytics, and data modeling.
• 6 years experience in statistical analysis packages such as R, SAS or MATLAB.
• 3 years of experience mentoring, coaching, and training team members.
• 2 years of hands‑on experience enabling AI features within Power BI (Copilot, Smart Narratives, Q&A).
• 2 years of experience with Azure OpenAI, Synapse
  
  ML, and ML integration pipelines.

• Experience optimizing, aggregating, gathering, transforming and manipulating data to build scalable enterprise reports in the healthcare domain.
• Proficiency with Tableau, Python, Quick Sight, Power BI, DAX, Power Query (M), data visualization best practices, enterprise data governance and SDLC processes.
