Project Coordinator - Telecommunications

Join Cadence Technology Services as a Project Coordinator in our Town and Country, MO office. We specialize in voice and data infrastructure, hardware, and provisioning solutions. This onsite role thrives on collaboration and fast‑paced work.

Primary

Job Responsibilities
  • Oversee project development from conception to completion
  • Interface with carriers and vendors
  • Schedule third parties/vendors
  • Communicate with customers and provide updates
  • Coordinate equipment orders and logistics for installations
  • Educate customers on available technology and how to leverage it
  • Manage complex tasks requiring independent problem solving within a provided framework
  • Document services and installations with accurate records
  • Visit client sites to meet third‑party vendors and ensure smooth installation (local travel to STL area)
  • Participate in installs and onsite project implementation
  • Troubleshoot technology issues and collaborate with senior team members to resolve them
  • Provide backup support to our help desk
  • Complete other duties as assigned
What You Bring To The Table
  • Strong customer service and communication skills – both oral and written
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Intermediate knowledge of Windows and operating systems
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, including voice and video conferencing
  • Technical aptitude with proficient PC literacy skills
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and decision‑making ability
  • Ability to multitask at a high level while managing time wisely
  • Willingness to learn and apply technical information in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities
  • Enthusiasm and desire to learn
  • Team‑player attitude
Education

High school diploma or equivalent.
