Digital Marketing Lead, CRM and Growth – The Hired Guns Hybrid, Greater Los Angeles Area, CA – Full Time / Direct Hire

Salary range: $130,000 to $160,000 per year

Marquee wealth management firm with over $11 billion in assets, serving Hollywood stars, high rollers, and tech professionals.

Lead the definition and execution of end‑to‑end client journeys, craft and test a robust digital roadmap, and drive leads while enhancing the firm’s digital presence.

• Design comprehensive client journeys based on personas and all key touchpoints.
• Develop and execute a winning digital marketing strategy, testing and learning to refine channel effectiveness.
• Boost the firm’s social media presence on Linked In, You Tube, Meta, and Tik Tok.
• Define landing page and content requirements, collaborating closely with graphic designers and content creators.
• Build and optimize email campaigns using Pardot marketing automation.
• Support all phases of digital lead generation and client engagement initiatives.

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience; preference for financial services.
• CRM and lead generation experience required.
• Proven ability to build strategies from the ground up and test across channels.
• Track record of scaling digital marketing within an organization.
• Experience with Pardot marketing automation and email campaign design.
• Deep familiarity with Linked In, Facebook, and You Tube.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Self‑starter who thrives under tight deadlines and fast‑paced environments.
