We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing strategy and execution. This role will be responsible for driving online growth, enhancing brand presence, and delivering measurable results across all digital channels. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and passionate about leveraging digital platforms to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, display, and content marketing).
- Oversee website performance, user experience, and conversion rate optimization.
- Lead marketing automation initiatives and CRM integration to improve customer engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and report on KPIs to stakeholders.
- Manage digital marketing budget and ensure ROI on all initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and creative to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Mentor and guide junior marketing team members.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns and driving measurable results.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.).
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Marketo) and CRM systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in e-commerce or B2B marketing.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion optimization.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and basic web development principles.
