Summary

We’re seeking an experienced Icertis Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise contract management solutions. This role will partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate complex contract lifecycle requirements into scalable Icertis configurations. The position is onsite in Los Angeles one week per month
, with the remainder remote.

• 5+ years’ experience implementing Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI), with at least 2 full lifecycle projects.
• Deep knowledge of CLM processes — authoring, negotiation, approval workflows, and obligation tracking.
• Experience integrating Icertis with Workday, Salesforce, SAP, or Coupa
  .
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to translate technical detail into business value.
• Icertis certification preferred.

• Lead solution design, configuration, and deployment of the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with CLM best practices.
• Collaborate with business teams, IT, and vendors to define integrations with ERP, CRM, and procurement systems.
• Provide architectural guidance across data modeling, workflow design, and template configuration.
• Support testing, defect resolution, and production readiness activities.
• Mentor project team members and ensure delivery quality across implementation phases.
