Position: Tik Tok Shop Specialist

Location: Remote, PST Hours

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Tik Tok Shop Specialist to drive GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) and optimize performance on our Tik Tok Shop. You’ll play a key role in managing product listings, analyzing performance, and building automation workflows—while staying on top of trends that convert. Experience in the supplement space is a major plus.

• Manage and optimize product listings and storefronts within Tik Tok Shop
• Launch and monitor promotional campaigns and live shopping events
• Analyze sales performance and work toward maximizing GMV
• Collaborate with internal teams on pricing, inventory, and content strategy
• Build automation workflows using n8n to streamline operations
• Conduct competitive research and trend analysis
• Troubleshoot any platform-related issues and ensure smooth operation
• Attend team meetings every Thursday, 10AM–5PM PST

• 1–2+ years of experience managing Tik Tok Shop (or similar e-commerce platforms)
• Understanding of Tik Tok’s algorithm, trends, and creator/shopper behavior
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
• Bonus: experience in the supplement industry
• Familiarity with automation tools, especially n8n, is a strong advantage
• Ability to work in Pacific Standard Time (PST)
