Position: Staff Product Marketing Manager

Overview

Intuit’s Enterprise Suite (IES) is redefining financial management for mid-market businesses by combining enterprise-grade power with Intuit simplicity. As we expand deeper into vertical markets – including Construction, Manufacturing, Financial Services/Real Estate/Family Office, Tech, Non-profit, and Healthcare – we’re looking for a Staff Product Marketing Manager who can bridge product strategy, customer insight, and go-to-market excellence. This is a full-stack PMM role – driving both inbound strategy (market and customer insight, positioning, packaging, pricing) and outbound execution (launch, storytelling, enablement, demand generation).

The ideal candidate brings a passion for translating complexity into clarity and thrives at the intersection of data, creativity, and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities
  • Inbound Strategy & Product Partnership:
Partner with Product to shape the roadmap for vertical expansion – identifying the highest-value industry workflows, use cases, and packaging strategies.
  • Lead market research, segmentation, and opportunity sizing for each target industry to inform prioritization and investment.
  • Develop differentiated positioning, messaging, and pricing strategies that tie product innovation to real customer outcomes.
  • Build the business case and narrative for new vertical launches, influencing go/no-go, tiering, and packaging decisions across Quick Books Advanced and IES SKUs.
  • Define and measure key success metrics for adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Outbound & Go-to-Market:
Drive the GTM strategy and launch plans for new industry editions – from messaging to demand gen activation to sales enablement.
  • Partner with Mar Comms, Sales, and Channel teams to build industry-specific content: decks, one-pagers, web experiences, and customer stories.
  • Create playbooks for sellers and partners that translate product features into customer value – tailored for industry buyers like Controllers, CFOs, and firm owners.
  • Lead competitive intelligence for target industries to ensure clear differentiation vs. ERP incumbents and point solutions.
  • Collaborate with Growth and Sales to test and optimize messaging, funnels, and win/loss patterns across verticals.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership:
Act as the “voice of the industry” within Intuit – representing customer needs in roadmap, pricing, and packaging discussions.
  • Partner with Finance and Analytics to model TAM, forecast revenue impacts, and inform portfolio-level decisions.
  • Champion experimentation and continuous learning to improve how we go to market across verticals and segments.
Qualifications
  • 10 years in product marketing, strategy, or product management
  • Proven success launching or scaling industry-focused SaaS solutions
  • Exceptional storytelling ability – capable of translating technical capabilities into clear, human-centered value.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform market sizing, pricing, and messaging.
  • Deep cross-functional leadership skills; comfortable influencing without authority.
  • Experience supporting Sales-led and product-led growth and equipping sales orgs with content that drives conversion.
  • Nice to have: direct or adjacent experience in Construction, Manufacturing, Financial Services/Real Estate/Family Office, Tech, Non-profit, or Healthcare industries.
