Product Manager, Lending

As our founding PM, you'll define and drive Casca's end-to-end product development. We're not just building features—we're creating an entirely new way for banks to operate. You'll collaborate directly with our business & engineering team to transform complex AI capabilities into elegant solutions that make legacy banking systems obsolete. This is a rare opportunity to shape a category-defining product at the intersection of AI and finance.

• Experience : 4+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Lead in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment, preferably delivered customer-facing AI technology or financial service products.

• Technical background :
  Degree in Computer Science or experience as an engineer preferred

• AI & Financial Domain Knowledge :
  Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and/or financial services is highly desirable.

  Demonstrated ability to think creatively, innovate, and challenge the status quo to develop unique, differentiated products.
