Role Name:
Associate Manager, B2B Retention, Ads Marketing (CRM)

Contract length: 7 months assignment with possible extensions

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute CRM strategies to boost adoption and activation of Ads and Promo products across the merchant lifecycle.
• Manage end-to-end email campaigns, including creative review, collaboration with design/copy, audience segmentation, and feedback integration.
• Analyze campaign results, establish benchmarks, and provide regular performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Required:

• 3+ years of experience in Retention Marketing, Email Marketing, Customer Engagement, or CRM Operations.
• Familiarity with CRM technology (ESPs like Iterable is a plus), segmentation tools, and complex data structures.
• Proficiency in analytics tools (Excel and/or SQL) for campaign execution.
• Experience with campaign experimentation (A/B, multivariate tests).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred:

• B2B SaaS experience.
