- Provide first-level helpdesk support to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve user, software, and hardware issues.
- Evaluate and act on the analysis and solutions to problems and requests.
- Review, recommend, plan, and implement new processes and technologies.
- Provision and deploy computer software and hardware.
- Assist in the management of end-user accounts (create, modify, delete) for network and systems access.
- Maintain and support shared IT resources including conference rooms, printers/scanners/copiers, and other related peripherals.
- Perform scheduled daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/semi-annual/annual IT tasks.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation including audit-related activities, training materials, ticketing system, knowledge base, and procedures.
- Maintain up to date and accurate user, software, and hardware reports, lists, and inventories.
- Regularly make onsite visits to Southern California branches and as necessary onsite visits to Northern California branches.
- Bachler Degree and above
- 1-2 years of directly related experience
