Job Description

The Senior Manager, ETMO Transformation Delivery is a results-oriented leader who turns strategy into action, navigating complex change and delivering measurable impact across a global enterprise. This role drives the execution of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, serving as the bridge between strategy and delivery to ensure projects are completed with discipline, speed, and lasting value. Partnering across functions, the Senior Manager translates transformation priorities into actionable plans, oversees execution from initiation through sustainment, and ensures initiatives achieve their intended business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Drive enterprise transformation initiatives to completion, ensuring they deliver on scope, budget, and value commitments while aligning initiative delivery with enterprise transformation priorities and business strategies.
  • Implement and monitor delivery methodologies, frameworks, and standards to ensure consistent quality across all initiatives.
  • Proactively identify risks and issues, remove roadblocks, and maintain momentum throughout the initiative lifecycle.
  • Oversee smooth transitions from project delivery into business-as-usual operations, updating SOPs, training plans, and partnering with Change Management on communications and adoption support.
  • Develop a scalable governance model that enables efficient communication, streamlined reporting, and a clear escalation framework to support continuous transformation.
Performance & Value Delivery
  • Define clear KPIs, success metrics, and milestones with Initiative Owners, establishing baseline performance data and identifying financial and operational impact measures.
  • Monitor progress rigorously and deliver timely reporting and dashboards to senior leadership on achievements, risks, and value realization.
  • Apply data-driven insights to optimize execution, resolve issues quickly, and ensure initiatives deliver intended outcomes, including variance analysis and course corrections.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with business leaders and enabling functions (Operations, Finance, HR, Technology, Creative, Entertainment, etc.) to coordinate initiative execution and influence outcomes without direct authority.
  • Facilitate clear, consistent communication between initiative teams and senior leadership to ensure alignment on purpose, priorities, and outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide Initiative Owners and Milestone Owners, fostering accountability, collaboration, and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Champion diversity of thought, innovation, and professional growth within the transformation delivery team through regular feedback, learning sessions, and peer recognition.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify needs and opportunities and develop effective communication strategies for status updates and progress reporting.
Planning & Resourcing
  • Support initiative planning, scheduling, and resource allocation in partnership with portfolio management, building integrated delivery roadmaps and resource plans across work streams.
