About the role

We’re hiring a YC Partnerships Lead to bring Waldium to more YC startups. Your job is to identify strong-fit companies, reach out directly to founders and marketing teams, show them what Waldium can do, and guide them through onboarding.

This is a fast, hands-on growth role. You’ll be the first point of contact for many YC teams and will play a major part in how we expand in the YC network.

What you’ll do
  • Identify YC startups that need high-quality content but lack time or resources to produce it.
  • Run targeted outbound across email, Bookface, Linked In, Slack groups, and warm intros.
  • Talk directly with founders, marketing leads, and growth teams.
  • Run tight demos that show how Waldium generates long-form content from their existing knowledge.
  • Guide companies through onboarding and help them publish their first pieces.
  • Track pipeline and activation metrics across YC companies.
  • Work closely with the founders to refine positioning and improve conversion.

Your success is measured by how many YC companies you get fully activated each month.

Who you are
  • You’re comfortable reaching out directly to founders and marketing teams.
  • You can communicate value quickly and clearly.
  • You like high-velocity outreach and simple, measurable goals.
  • You’re comfortable running demos on your own.
  • You understand content marketing well enough to speak to pain points around bandwidth, consistency, quality, and distribution.
  • You’re organized, persistent, and good at managing pipeline.
  • You’re excited to join an early-stage team and work closely with the founders.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in growth, partnerships, outbound sales, or customer-facing roles
  • Experience with B2B SaaS or marketing tools
  • Familiarity with the YC ecosystem
