Pay Range: $58 - $60/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

• We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Marketing Automation Specialist with 5–7 years of experience to join our Automation & Delivery team.
• In this role, you’ll help drive last-mile campaign delivery by building personalized and scalable experiences across email, messaging, and web touchpoints.
• You’ll own technical execution in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including journey building, automation and end-to-end execution.

• 5–7 years of hands‑on experience in SFMC, with deep knowledge of Journey Builder, AMPscript, SQL, and cross‑channel campaign execution.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Data Cloud for campaign targeting and personalization
• Proficiency with Knack, including logic structuring and audience governance.
• Experience with Splash, Zoom, and dynamic content tools like Movable Ink and highspot.
• Excellent organizational and technical project management skills with the ability to work in a fast‑paced, detail‑heavy environment.
• Self‑starter mindset with a strong bias for execution and continuous optimization
