Experience with leading virtual meetings

Manual and exploratory testing experience along with defect reporting and testing metrics

Recommend courses of action based on current situations and risks

It is essential to the Dealers Parts business as dealers, fleets and customers are ordering parts with this tool

The solution is very complex, with 600K lines of code, numerous features and integrations which all are tested with a mix of automated and manual tests

As a Quality Assurance Specialist you shall be designing, planning and implementing test plans & frameworks that support numerous deliveries for trucks

Experience in Bug tracking and reporting

Create and maintain test cases to perform regression testing of software upgrades for our products

Coordinate testing with the eCom testing team, evaluate quality issues that arise, and work with Developers to resolve these defects

Develop automated test for all functionality that meets the specified automation criteria

Understanding Agile methodologies

Proactively set the expectations for all things QA in the project

Create test plans, cases, scenarios, and reports for all testing activities

Track defects and actively pursues defect correction

Provide updates to management on the testing effort, re-estimation, and costs

Agility to shift priorities and multi-task based on business needs

Oversee system, integration, and user acceptance testing

Guide testing techniques for unit testing for developers

Participate in requirement and design review sessions; evaluate requirements and design docs
