Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior QA Tester to join our team working on Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solutions. The candidate will assist in testing software that manages and secures multiple endpoint devices across an enterprise, ensuring smooth functionality and security compliance.

• Assist in designing, creating, and executing manual test cases for UEM software features, including device enrollment, policy enforcement, application management, and security controls.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across multiple endpoint platforms (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).
• Validate device configurations, policy application, and compliance reporting.
• Report and track defects using bug‑tracking tools, collaborating with development teams for resolution.
• Work with cross‑functional teams to understand UEM workflows and business requirements.
• Participate in test planning and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide feedback to stakeholders.
• Gain knowledge of endpoint security and management principles.
• Assist in automating test cases (if applicable).

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 0‑2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Basic understanding of endpoint management concepts and IT infrastructure.
• Familiarity with manual testing techniques and defect‑tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
• Knowledge of operating systems and device platforms (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).
• Basic understanding of networking and security principles is a plus.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
