• Reporting to the Manager of IT Systems, the Systems Engineer will be primarily responsible for delivering IT Infrastructure services across SAl
  360 business units. This role is expected to provide guidance in the development, maintenance, and delivery of operational procedures and tools.

• Participate as a team member of the global IT Infrastructure team responsible for delivering IT server, virtualization, Active Directory, and networking solutions.
• A strong working knowledge of Meraki networking components is highly desirable
• Build, configure, maintain, and deliver IT Infrastructure
• Work as a member of a global team supporting 24×7 IT System Operations
• Responsible for all levels of troubleshooting and Incident resolution, within defined SLA
• Innovate, automate and document to improve and enhance SAl
  360 infrastructure services, reliability, and efficiency
• Responsible for proactive day to day operations and maintenance of SAl
  360 infrastructure
• Able to act as technical SME and/ or project technical lead in support of providing solutions for improving the environment
• Responsible for creating and maintaining Operations Manuals, and documenting delivered solutions
• Participate in the development and preparation of reports for the Operations Leadership Team as required

• VMware vSphere/vCenter Administration is essential (2 years experience)
• Microsoft Active Directory Domain Administration is essential (2 years experience)
• VMware certification highly desirable
• Current Microsoft certification or equivalent industry experience; MCSE, MCSA, etc.
• Current Cisco certification or similar: CCNA, CCNP, CCNA-Wireless, etc
• Scripting capabilities a must (Powershell, Power

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills required with the ability to work within all levels of an organization
