• Design, test, implement, and maintain enterprise-class servers and network infrastructure.
• Serve as a technical resource for other IT staff in the development, implementation, administration, and maintenance of information systems and applications.
• Perform enterprise-level capacity planning and performance tuning for assigned technology systems.
• Lead disaster recovery planning and implementation across the enterprise.
• Manage and maintain all systems related to backup and recovery processes.
• Monitor system security and develop appropriate response plans for assigned areas.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, internal operating procedures, and user manuals.
• Install, configure, and maintain application software and computer hardware.
• Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to systems support staff in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Evaluate new software and hardware solutions; recommend upgrades or replacements as needed.
• Prepare and maintain up-to-date technical manuals and system documentation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• CompTIA A+ Certification, Current CompTIA Network+, and Current CompTIA Server+ or ability to obtain certification within six months; high school diploma or GED; and five years of computer systems administration or network maintenance and design experience.
• Must have a clear criminal record (excluding traffic violations). Must pass an FBI criminal background check including a national fingerprint check through law enforcement agencies.

• Starting Annual Salary Range: $58,531 - $68,654
