We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer. This is an onsite contract position. In this role, you will be responsible for building new dashboards and enhancing existing ones, playing a key part in turning complex data into actionable insights for business stakeholders.

• Develop, design, and maintain new and existing Tableau dashboards based on business requirements and key metrics (monthly, annual, year‑to‑date, etc.).
• Create and manage data sources from various platforms, including Snowflake (Cloud), SQL Server, HANA, and Google Sheets.
• Utilize Virtual Connections to optimize data access and security, including publishing existing workbooks to the cloud.
• Publish workbooks and data sources to Tableau Cloud.
• Proactively identify and resolve performance issues for slow‑running dashboards, applying best practices for data extraction, connection optimization, and dashboard design.
• Address and resolve support tickets related to Tableau dashboards, data sources, and performance issues in a timely manner.
• Familiarity with Tableau Bridge to connect on‑premise data sources to Tableau Cloud, ensuring seamless data flow.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders from divisions such as Apartments, Office, and Retail to understand business problems and translate them into effective data visualizations.
• Engage directly with the business to clarify requirements, ask probing questions, and propose the best solutions to visualize information.
• Act as a partner, offering suggestions and best practices rather than simply following specifications.

• Proven experience as a Tableau Developer or Business Intelligence Analyst.
• Hands‑on experience with Tableau Cloud and publishing workbooks.
• Expertise in creating data sources from Snowflake (Cloud), SQL Server, HANA, and Google Sheets.
• Strong proficiency in SQL is a must.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a collaborative approach to working with business stakeholders.
• Experience with Tableau performance optimization techniques.
