Senior Systems Analyst - Order to Cash

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Analyst – Order to Cash (O2C) for a contract-to-hire position that will play a central role in business transformation initiatives. This individual will liaise with an external IT solution delivery team and, over time, lead a permanent team of internal and external IT resources. The role combines business analysis, agile process leadership, and stakeholder management within the Quote-to-Cash space.

• Manage and coordinate activities of external IT vendor teams supporting O2C transformation projects and service delivery.
• Provide clear direction, expectations, and solutions to contracted and offshore resources.
• Business Analysis & Transformation
• Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and map business processes in the Order-to-Cash domain.
• Act as a senior business analyst, owning requirements management and process documentation for all O2C activities.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on standard Order-to-Cash processes, providing guidance and best practices.
• Data Management and ETL activities
• Perform hands-on ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tasks to migrate and cleanse business data between legacy systems and cloud platforms.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy during system integrations, migrations, and daily operations.
• System testing and Release Management
• Develop and execute test plans for system enhancements, new features, and integrations related to O2C processes.
• Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and defect tracking.
• Manage release planning activities including deployment scheduling, stakeholder communication, and post-release validation.
• Technical Guidance & System Expertise
• Provide technical oversight and solution validation for Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and ERP-related initiatives.
• Work closely with technical teams and vendors to ensure business requirements are implemented as intended.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical deliverables and integration specifications.

• At least 8-10 years of IT experience in Order-to-Cash platforms and processes.
• Deep expertise in Order-to-Cash processes
  , ideally with project experience in both CRM and ERP platforms.
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and SaaS ERP systems (like Infor, Net Suite, or MS Dynamics) with ability to provide technical solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong documentation and requirements management capabilities.
• Able to work confidently with both technical and business audiences.
