Qualifications- Knowledge of drive encryption software.
- Knowledge and skills with creating and upgrading software applications for deployment through a software deployment solution.
- Knowledgeable with Broadcom Ghost Solution or Broadcom Client management system software.
- Basic knowledge of scripting in Power Shell, MSI switches and SQL is necessary when creating jobs to deploy.
- Knowledge to troubleshoot failed software installations and steps necessary to resolve issues.
- Knowledge of creating and deploying certificates.
- Knowledge of validating the installation of clients and applications.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Group Policy Objects has context menu.
- Minimum of five (5) years of broad, extensive, and increasingly responsible desktop computer patching and maintenance methods, techniques, and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
- California Candidates Only.
