HR Generalist

Overview

AMIRI is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations across corporate and retail. This role will play a critical part in supporting employee experience, compliance, talent operations, and organizational growth within a luxury fashion environment.

• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure a seamless new hire experience
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
• Partner with hiring managers to support recruitment efforts for corporate and/or retail roles
• Support payroll coordination and benefits/leave of absence administration
• Support performance review cycles and talent development initiatives
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and enhance employee experience
• Support employee relations initiatives and assist with conflict resolution and investigations as needed
• Assist in updating HR policies and employee handbooks
• Ensure HR compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
