The People Rotational Program is a three-year program in which participating team members will receive an unparalleled opportunity to become thoroughly knowledgeable and to contribute to multiple facets of People/Human Resources in the exciting environment of a growth company in the healthcare industry. HR Assistants in the Rotational Program will contribute meaningfully to each rotation, becoming fully engrossed in the People team and digging into work affecting all Welbe Health team members.

The HR Assistant role provides a pathway into HR for everyone, regardless of education level.

You will begin your three-year experience at an all-things People induction training, and then launch into your first rotation. During your time, you will have dedicated program management support, access to People team senior leaders and mentorship, and ongoing learning opportunities to help guide your career path. Upon completing rotations, you'll graduate from our dynamic Welbe Health People Rotational Program and have all the skills to step into a role in one of our HR functional specialist groups.

• Has a structured rotational pathway into HR – through multiple rotations across functions, team members gain hands‑on experience and a comprehensive understanding of the People function
• Receives dedicated program support, ongoing learning opportunities, and access to mentorship from experienced HR leaders, building the foundational skills and professional network needed to grow into specialized HR roles at Welbe Health

• Enable Welbe Health team members by leaning into the diverse People function, building knowledge and skills throughout three (3) to four (4) rotations lasting nine (9) to twelve (12) months each
• Participate in possible rotations including People Operations, Compliance, People Analytics, Talent Acquisition, HR Technology/HRIS, Learning, Compensation, and Benefits/Leave
• Carry out system‑based processes including communication with incoming team members, HRIS records, and compliance documentation
• Maintain records and ensure data integrity in HR systems
• Assist team members and supervisors with questions and processes relating to talent processes, payroll, policies, and compliance
• Participate in team documentation, process improvements, and other initiatives

• Interest in HR functions
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical and data gathering skills
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables) preferred
• Must be willing and able to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime
