- Work alongside our talent acquisition team to understand candidate profiles, sourcing strategies, and the recruitment process.
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Create and manage social media content for our talent acquisition channels.
- Support the planning and coordination of employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building events, recognition programs, and wellness activities.
- Help develop and implement internal communication strategies to foster a positive work environment.
- Handle any task assigned and constructively communicate any challenges.
- Final year student or recently graduated.
- Become an HR/ TA executive in a career path.
- Eager to learn and work with various departments in the company.
- Take part with a positive mind and willingness to learn.
- Be a friendly and helpful team member.
- Creative, proactive, and strong multi-tasking skills
- Good verbal and written English skills.
- Having design skills is a plus.
