Title: Manager Associate Innovation
Employment: 12 Month Contract
Location: Remote
Pay Rate: $55/hr to $65/hr - W2

Your Responsibilities on the Team
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR technology solutions that enhance HR operations, including systems for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Oversee the execution of technology projects, ensuring that all initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with the business objectives.
  • Partner with HR and IT teams to ensure effective integration of HR technologies with other business systems, ensuring data flow is accurate and efficient.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize existing HR platforms and processes to increase automation, reduce manual tasks, and improve the overall HR experience for Associates and HR teams.
  • Lead and mentor the Tech HR team, providing guidance on best practices, troubleshooting, and career development.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between HR and IT teams, ensuring that HR technology projects are prioritized, resourced, and supported effectively.
  • Provide training and support to HR team members, helping them adopt new technologies and processes efficiently.
  • Lead efforts to evaluate and implement HR process improvements, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with overall HR and business strategy.
  • Ensure data integrity and system performance across HR platforms, regularly evaluating system performance and making recommendations for system upgrades or enhancements.
  • Oversee the management of HR data and ensure that HR technology platforms maintain accurate, up-to-date, and accessible information.
  • Develop and deliver data-driven reports and analytics to HR leadership, highlighting trends, opportunities for improvement, and the impact of HR technology on overall HR performance.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and manage the security of sensitive associate information in HR systems.
  • Stay abreast of HR technology trends and emerging solutions, providing recommendations for new tools, platforms, and capabilities to enhance HR operations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation in HR processes, using cutting-edge technology, AI, and automation to solve complex HR challenges.
  • Manage relationships with HR technology vendors, ensuring the organization is using the most effective and up-to-date tools to support HR processes.
  • Lead and manage large‑scale HR technology projects, ensuring that each project is scoped, resourced, and executed effectively.
  • Ensure that projects are aligned with broader business goals and strategies, and that the implementation of HR tech solutions directly supports company objectives.
Minimum Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR technology management or related roles, with a strong focus on HRIS platforms, automation, and process optimization.
  • Experience leading HR technology projects from concept through execution, with a proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and cross‑functional teams.
  • Project management experience, with the ability to prioritize and lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, Success Factors, or ADP is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with automation platforms and tools (e.g., RPA tools, HR software solutions).
  • Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify challenges and implement innovative solutions using technology.
Desired Skills and Experience
