Onsite - Santa Clara, CA – All 5 days in office Long Term Contract Position
iitjobs is seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to support enterprise HR initiatives for our client. This is a long-term onsite contract role requiring daily presence at the client office, Santa Clara, CA. The ideal candidate will manage HR-related projects, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure successful execution of key HR programs and process improvements.
Required Qualifications:- Strong Project Management with exposure to HR projects/programs.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and operations.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in a corporate environment.
- Experience working with Workday.
- PMP Certification.
- Experience using Project Management tools such as Jira.
