Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Location: California
Manage payroll processing and ensure accuracy in salary calculation.
Monitor attendance, leave records, and working hours; prepare monthly timesheets.
Handle social insurance, health insurance, and PVI health coverage procedures.
Maintain and update employee records and HR database.
Support HR reporting and compliance with labor laws.
Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication when needed.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in C&B or HR operations.
Strong knowledge of payroll, insurance, and labor regulations.
Proficient in MS Excel and HR software.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and good communication skills.
