As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for researching, developing, and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified applicants for assigned open requisitions. You will partner with leadership to anticipate and meet the evolving staffing needs of each department you support. The Talent Acquisition Partner provides full-cycle recruitment with a focus on sourcing candidates to fill open roles, cultivating a best-in-class experience for candidates, applicants, and new hires, and developing an ongoing strong talent pipeline.
This position functions with minimal supervision, using strong business acumen and regularly exercising critical thinking and independent decision making, and acts as a primary customer relationship manager for specified business groups within the Company.

- Consults with hiring managers on the hiring process and develops strategic sourcing plans to ensure the successful recruitment of qualified candidates. Identifies key sourcing strategies using expert knowledge of the labor market, competition, and external talent.
- Develops a keen understanding of all business centers and functions, their required competencies, and current department and staffing challenges of the assigned business group(s).
- Effectively utilizes outbound recruitment tools and resources used for sourcing and recruiting (e.g., Linked In Recruiter, HireEZ, career fairs, etc.). Develops and leverages networking relationships to source exceptional quality and diverse talent which provides a good fit for the Company culture.
- Creates and distributes regular candidate pipeline overviews and reports for assigned requisitions.
- Partners closely with hiring managers in the recruitment, sourcing, and selection plans for their specified business group(s). Develops and updates staffing priorities as needed for each group. Works closely with hiring managers to ensure alignment on job offers with compensation structures, best practices, and Company policies.
- Accurately and confidentially maintains HRIS system records and other sensitive Company and employee data.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending education workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies relevant to the industry and staying abreast of progressive talent acquisition-related approaches.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in business, human resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in construction or a related industry.
