Contract | 1–3 months | Full-time (40 hrs/week)
$40/hour
We’re looking for a contract sourcer to support high-volume outbound recruiting for entry-level roles. This is a short-term, execution-focused role for a healthtech startup ideal for someone who enjoys sourcing, outbound messaging, and candidate interviews.
You’ll focus exclusively on front-end recruiting — limited admin, no offer extensions. Dedicated teams handle those steps so you can stay in flow.
What You’ll Do- Source candidates using Linked In and other platforms
- Screen and interview candidates for entry-level roles
- Move qualified candidates forward efficiently
- 1.5 years+ of sourcing experience required
- High-volume outbound sourcing and messaging
- Candidate screening and interviewing
- Healthtech experience a plus
- Startup experience
- Prior experience recruiting for entry-level roles
