Position Overview

Water Source Solutions is seeking a positive, reliable, and experienced Fractional Head of HR to support our growing team. This role plays a key part in strengthening internal operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting leadership with strategic people initiatives.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple HR responsibilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and on boarding processes
• Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Provide employee relations guidance and conflict resolution support
• Support performance management and employee development initiatives
• Advise leadership on workforce planning and HR best practices
• Maintain accurate personnel records and HR documentation
• Help cultivate a positive, productive company culture

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience (HR Manager level)
• Experience supporting small to mid-sized businesses
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of discretion and integrity
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP)

Pay: $50.00 - $250.00 per hour
