• Responding to all incoming employment-related calls and candidate inquiries
• Maintaining and updating recruitment databases, tracking systems, and personnel data
• Scheduling pre – offer drug tests, physicals, and other pre – employment requirements
• Processing new – hire paperwork and coordinating with various departments as needed
• Supporting additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned

• High school diploma with experience in administration, customer service, or data entry is considered an asset
• Background in oilfield operations, recruitment, or public speaking is an asset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with Success Factors is an asset
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under pressure in a fast – paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to work independently and collaboratively
