• Oversee and drive end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll implementations, ensuring successful delivery across all project phases to include requirements gathering, design, build, testing, etc.
• Lead the configuration of the Payroll module, ensuring alignment with business processes and requirements
• Perform project tasks independently and lead work streams, directing the efforts of others
• Participate in and lead the development of deliverable content that meets the needs of the client and contract
• Review deliverables for accuracy and quality
• Use your prior experience to anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues

• 5+ years of experience delivering HCM solutions, including all phases of the technology implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, and testing)
• 1+ years of experience leading the configuration of the Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll module
• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future

• Oracle HCM Payroll certified

The wage range for this role takes into account a broad set of factors including skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and other business needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $108,000 to $198,000. Compensation decisions are based on the facts and circumstances of each case and geographic location may affect the range.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program and individual and organizational performance.
