We are seeking an experienced Head of HR to lead Human Resources and Administration for our operations in Spain. This role will shape HR strategy, strengthen organizational capability, and support business growth across the region.

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead the local HR & Administration team
• Drive organizational planning, workforce development, and talent initiatives

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for local & regional roles
• Build talent pipelines and enhance employer branding
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience

• Oversee payroll processes
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR policies
• Manage HR documentation, audits, and policy updates

• Handle employee relations, performance issues, and conflict management
• Support employee engagement and communication programs
• Promote a healthy, positive, high-performance culture

• Oversee office management, ESH, and workplace services
• Manage transportation, accommodation, canteen, and other admin functions
• Ensure smooth, efficient administrative operations

• Bachelors degree or above
• Minimum 5 years of HR & administration experience
• Proven HR leadership experience in multinational or fast-growing environments
• Experience in manufacturing/automotive/electronics is a plus

• Excellent verbal & written English
• Strong strategic thinking and planning ability
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
