We’re offering an exciting opportunity in the Sweden Commercial HR team. You’ll experience a great deal of variety in your tasks—highly relevant for your studies and future career—while working closely with an HR Business Partner and having direct contact with the Sweden HR Director.
How you will make an impact- A main part of the role will be about people analytics conducting analysis of HR data and transforming data into insights that support relevant and impactful people and business decisions.
- You are a PowerPoint ninja, able to create impactful presentations with a clear “red thread” and compelling storylines.
- As a Student Assistant (15–20 hours per week), you’ll take on a broad role, be coached by the HR Business Partner, and collaborate closely with the Arla HR team, Commercial People Managers, and their teams. Your exact tasks will depend on your interests, development goals, and the Arla People Calendar activities.

In terms of experience, you probably have the following
- Currently following Bachelor’s or Master’s studies in HR, Business, Economics, or similar.
- At least 2 years of studies completed and at least one semester remaining.
- A learning mindset; comfortable with both routine and ad hoc tasks.
- Excellent command of Swedish and English
- Advanced PowerPoint skills—able to turn a vision into crisp, engaging slides.
- Agile and quick in your thinking; proactive, self-aware, and able to handle sensitive HR data with integrity and confidentiality.
- Outgoing and collaborative; confident interacting with a range of stakeholders.
- Student Assistant position, 15–20 hours per week.
- Fixed-term contract, starting as soon as possible until June 2026.
