We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team in CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the weekly payroll for our California-based employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations. This role requires proficiency in Excel and a strong understanding of payroll processes within the construction industry.
The responsibilities include:
Qualifications include proven experience as a Payroll Specialist, preferably within the construction or Oil & Gas industry, strong knowledge of California payroll laws, proficiency in payroll software and Excel, and strong communication skills.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience- Experience with Viewpoint ERP System
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Customer service experience
- Multi-state payroll experience
