Box’s People Team focuses on attracting, developing, and retaining world‑class talent. We do that by fostering an environment that keeps Boxers growing, productive, and thriving. The People Partner function is a core part of the People Team. We are looking for a consultative, dynamic, and hands‑on business partner to help us scale the business and innovative culture with our Enable Global teams (e.g. Legal, HR, IT).
In addition to being a business partner to senior leaders of the Enable organization, you will be managing multiple people projects to continue our focus to develop our people programs that excite and retain Boxers. This role will be based in Redwood City and report to one of our Sr. Director, People Partners.
- Serve as a partner to senior business leaders on organisational effectiveness, leadership development, workforce planning, and change management.
- Execute the implementation of enterprise‑wide HR initiatives (e.g., performance management, engagement surveys, inclusive culture) within assigned business units.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to design and drive talent strategies that attract, retain, and develop top talent across global teams.
- Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues, organisational design, and team restructures while ensuring alignment with corporate policies and risk‑mitigation practices.
- Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the Recruiting, Learning & Development, Compensation, Legal, and HR Programs teams to implement solutions and help scale the business.
- Partner closely with regional HR partners on global strategy and execution.
- Work closely with our Employee Relations Partners on employee relations issues.
- You approach your work with a growth mindset and leverage AI to make faster, smarter decisions.
- You have over 2 years of experience as an HR/People Business Partner or an adjacent role within a large‑scale, global tech organisation.
- You operate with utmost integrity and respect.
- You demonstrate ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- You navigate change and ambiguity comfortably in a global tech environment.
- You thrive in an unstructured environment with minimal supervision.
- You think critically, problem‑solve, and recommend effective solutions.
- You champion a culture of inclusion, accountability, and high performance across diverse, global teams.
- You are flexible in work style—strategic, operational, and tactical—and partner effectively across functional teams and employee levels.
- You are comfortable working from the assigned office at least three days per week.
