- Provide guidance to People Experience Business Partners and business leaders on compensation strategy and job evaluations
- Conduct job evaluations and assign appropriate pay grades using market research and internal equity factors
- Develop and maintain job leveling frameworks and compensation guidelines
- Analyze market trends and recommend updates to pay structures and compensation practices
- Oversee the accuracy of compensation data within the HRIS and resolve discrepancies
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 6+ years of related experience in compensation analysis or a similar field
- Strong technical knowledge of competitive compensation practices and legal requirements
- Experience with job evaluation methodologies and understanding of talent strategy
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex compensation concepts clearly
- Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems
- Proven ability to collaborate with managers and employees at all levels
- Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to propose actionable solutions
- High attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and quality
- Flexibility to prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic environment
