What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide guidance to People Experience Business Partners and business leaders on compensation strategy and job evaluations
  • Conduct job evaluations and assign appropriate pay grades using market research and internal equity factors
  • Develop and maintain job leveling frameworks and compensation guidelines
  • Analyze market trends and recommend updates to pay structures and compensation practices
  • Oversee the accuracy of compensation data within the HRIS and resolve discrepancies
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 6+ years of related experience in compensation analysis or a similar field
  • Strong technical knowledge of competitive compensation practices and legal requirements
  • Experience with job evaluation methodologies and understanding of talent strategy
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex compensation concepts clearly

  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems
  • Proven ability to collaborate with managers and employees at all levels
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to propose actionable solutions
