• 2+ years of experience in agency or professional services recruiting
• Full‑cycle recruiting experience from intake through placement
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

• Experience with Linked In Recruiter and modern sourcing tools preferred
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working autonomously
