Core Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
    Developing hiring strategies, creating job descriptions, and overseeing the interview and selection process for new staff.

  • Performance Management:

  • Compensation and Benefits:

  • Legal Compliance:
    Ensuring all workplace practices comply with local, state, and federal employment laws (such as the Fair Labor Standards Act or OSHA) and maintaining accurate personnel records.
  • Training and Development:
    Identifying skills gaps and organizing workshops, certifications, or leadership programs for ongoing staff growth.
  • Strategic Planning:
    Consulting with top executives on long-term workforce planning, succession management, and organizational culture building.
Job Description Requirements/Preferences
  • Education:

    A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is standard. Some roles may require a master's degree for senior leadership.
  • Experience:

    Usually requires 3-7 years of progressive HR experience, often with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
  • Certifications:
