Senior Technical Recruiter — Startup, Venture, and Emerging Tech Portfolio

We are a dynamic staffing agency specializing in building high-impact teams for innovative companies. As our Venture Capital & Startups Division continues to grow, we’re seeking a seasoned Senior Recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and understands the unique challenges of scaling early-stage companies.

As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in delivery predominantly with Seed and Series A‑D companies. We partner with top VC firms across the country, supporting a wide range of their portfolio companies. This role requires someone who has successfully built startup teams from the ground up—ideally from both the corporate/in‑house and agency sides.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with venture‑backed startups to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruiting strategies.
  • Source, screen, and present high‑quality candidates for a variety of roles, from IC to executive‑level.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with startup founders, VCs, and hiring managers.
  • Manage full‑cycle recruitment across multiple clients and industries.
  • Provide market insights and consultative guidance to clients on hiring trends, compensation, and talent availability.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of startup‑savvy candidates through networking, referrals, and creative sourcing techniques.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client delivery and candidate experience.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of recruiting experience, with a mix of agency and corporate/in‑house experience.
  • Proven success in building teams for early‑stage startups, ideally in tech, fintech, healthtech, or consumer sectors.
  • Deep understanding of startup culture, venture capital dynamics, and scaling challenges.
  • Strong sourcing skills using Linked In Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other tools.
  • Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑driven environment.
