    JOB DESCRIPTION S
    1. HR Business Partnership:
    • Collaborate with department heads and senior management to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies that support them.
    • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
    2. Performance Management & Talent Development:
    • Lead the performance appraisal cycle to ensure consistency, fairness, and alignment with business priorities.
    • Work with managers to identify high-potential employees and support development plans.
    • Drive talent calibration sessions and support leadership development initiatives.
    • Facilitate learning and development programs that build critical capabilities across teams.
    3. Employee Engagement:
    • Promote a positive workplace culture by implementing employee engagement initiatives and activities.
    • Conduct employee surveys, analyze feedback, and develop action plans to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
    4. HR Policy and Compliance:
    • Ensure all HR policies and procedures are up-to-date, legally compliant, and communicated effectively across the organization.
    • Monitor HR-related legal and regulatory changes and ensure proactive compliance.
    • Support internal audits and risk management related to labor practices.
    • Handle complex employee relations issues, ensuring resolution in line with legal frameworks and company values.
    II. REQUIREMENTS
    1. Knowledge
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
    2. Skills
    • At least 6–8 years of progressive HR experience, with minimum 4 years in an HRBP or HR Manager role.
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and organizational development practices.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
    • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic HR initiatives.
    • Experience in fast-paced, matrix, or multinational environments is preferred.
    • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS or data analytics tools is a plus
