When you join us as an HRIS Time and Attendance Supervisor
, you will be joining a dedicated team of professionals who deliver quality, value, and access in the 21st century and align all stakeholders—patients, providers, payors, and regulators—to achieve the best clinical outcomes.

You Will:
  • Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and overall performance of the ADP Time and Attendance module, ensuring compliance with company policy and state/federal labor laws.
  • Evaluate and implement system features (e.g., Schedules, Attendance Policies) to support evolving business needs.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex timekeeping and configuration issues.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Time and Attendance analysts and administrators, including providing training and performance oversight.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure data integrity and successful integration across systems.
  • Maintain SOPs, user guides, and training materials to support consistent practices and system usage.
  • Coordinate and participate in system testing related to new features, upgrades, and configuration changes.
  • Conduct regular audits of time entry, approvals, and accrual balances to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Create and distribute standard and ad hoc reports to support internal audits, compliance, and operations.
  • Monitor changes in labor laws, company policy, and regulations affecting timekeeping and PTO accruals, and coordinate updates to system configurations with cross-department stakeholders such as Human Resources and Legal.
  • Monitor regulatory and policy changes affecting timekeeping and accruals; coordinate necessary system updates with HR and Legal.
  • Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to reduce manual tasks and enhance user experience.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives and HRIS-related projects.

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in time and attendance, HRIS, or payroll operations, with 2+ years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
  • Hands‑on experience with ADP Time and Attendance or similar enterprise‑level systems required.
  • In‑depth knowledge of payroll operations, FLSA, and multi‑state/local labor laws.
  • Experience configuring and managing PTO and state/local sick leave accruals.
  • Demonstrated success in conducting audits and implementing process improvements.
  • Experience integrating timekeeping systems with payroll and HR modules.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Alteryx is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Self‑starter with strong accountability and the ability to lead with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
