$24-$30/hr (DOE)

• Review candidate resumes of open positions.
• Engage with candidates throughout the process including responding to inbound questions and contacting candidates proactively to check in with them, follow up, answer questions they may have, etc.
• Assist with scheduling phone and onsite interviews / coordinate candidate travel.
• Answer phones and greet employees/candidates.
• Follow established talent acquisition processes and use of technologies to ensure data accuracy.
• Ensure the proper compilation of offer letters and related materials.
• Provide guidance on the recruiting process for filling positions quickly with qualified and motivated candidates.
• Support corporate recruiters and hiring managers to build and enhance recruiting strategies.
• Perform administrative duties as needed to support the recruiting team.
• Participate in recruiting events as needed.
• Work closely with other coordinators and administrative support throughout the organization to ensure timely and efficient scheduling of candidates and interviewers.
• Identify and assist in improving the recruiting process.
• Track recruiting and hiring process metrics so that the processes are transparent and measurable.
• Work with external recruiting firms, recruiting job sites, social media, and career fairs to ensure cost effective and optimal sourcing tools to find great candidates.
• Manage the Applicant Tracking System and update the candidates  profiles as needed.
• Other duties as assigned by HR management.

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor s degree preferred in a job-related concentration (e.g., HR Management, Organizational Development, Business).
• 3+ years  experience as a Recruiting / Talent Acquisition coordinator or similar role.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience providing positive customer service experiences to external and/or internal stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
