Overview

Associate Staffing Consultant (ASC) is a newly created role within our Contract Staffing Training Program (CSTP). The ASC focuses on the candidate lifecycle and will be partnered with an assigned counterpart (e.g., Senior Staffing Consultant, Associate Lead Staffing Consultant, Lead Staffing Consultant, or Recruiting Manager). The role supplements the candidate funnel and supports other parts of the recruitment lifecycle. It aims to strengthen the skills of a new recruiter who could move into a full-lifecycle recruitment role or focus on sourcing and supporting elements of the recruitment cycle for contract-based positions.

Base pay range: $30.00/hr - $45.00/hr

Responsibilities
  • Identify prospective candidates via job board search tools, Linked In, internet searches, referrals, and professional networking.
  • Interview prospective candidates.
  • Prepare candidates for interviews with client companies by reviewing resumes, discussing client needs, and conducting mock interviews.
  • Deliver job offers and manage the offer process for candidates.
  • Reach out to candidates on assignment to ensure they have what they need.
  • Proactively cold call to identify prospective candidates and build a strong candidate pipeline.
