Bowman Cellars is a boutique, family-owned winery in the Russian River Valley seeking apolished, hospitality-driven Tasting Room Associate to join our team.

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys hosting guests, telling the story behind the wines, and delivering an elevated yet relaxed tasting experience. This role is ideal for someone passionate about wine, hospitality, and creating memorable moments for visitors to Sonoma County.

Competitive hourly pay $20–$25/hour (based on experience) plustips and performance bonuses.

Part-time position with weekend availability required

• Host engaging and educational wine tastings for guests
• Share the story of Bowman Cellars and guide guests through our wines
• Drive wine sales and wine club memberships through genuine hospitality
• Maintain a warm, welcoming, and professional tasting room environment
• Assist with tasting room preparation, service, and closing duties
• Support winery events and private experiences as needed

• Strong hospitality mindset and guest-first attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous hospitality, restaurant, or winery experience preferred
• Interest in wine and willingness to deepen wine knowledge
• Ability to work weekends and occasional events
• Must be21 years of age or older
