* Base Salary (commensurate with experience)
* Quarterly incentive tied to group revenue

** ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
**** Qualifications
* ** 3+ years hotel group sales experience (lifestyle or boutique preferred)
* Strong negotiation and closing skills
* Understanding of displacement analysis and group ceilings
* Experience with CRM and revenue management collaboration
* Established network within Austin corporate and association markets preferred
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
