Pope Valley Winery – Napa County is seeking a full-time Estate Ambassador. Pope Valley Winery is a small family-owned and operated estate tucked into the hills of Napa County. We’re looking for someone who brings energy, warmth, and genuine hospitality to every guest interaction. The ideal candidate is outgoing, service-driven, a strong team player, and brings a positive attitude along with a working knowledge of the wine industry.

• Knowledge of wine and basic wine production
• Strong commitment to excellence and elevated service standards
• Computer proficiency, including POS systems (Orderport) and Microsoft Office
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Adaptability, enthusiasm, and a consistently positive attitude

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Ability to bend, squat, climb, push, stoop, and crouch repeatedly
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly
