Job Description

This Position Begins During the Winter 2025/26 Season – Approx. start date will be 11/17/25.

We are looking for a Reception Supervisor who will provide engaging, sincere, personalized service, turning moments into memories for our Owners and Guests. You will be an ambassador for an exceptional guest experience, inspiring your team and ensuring that every Owner and Guest feels valued.

Summary of Responsibilities
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
  • Lead and supervise the Reception/Transportation team while ensuring all service standards are followed.
  • Handle Owner/Guest concerns, react quickly, logging and notifying proper departments.
  • Attend regularly scheduled departmental meetings.
  • Assign tasks according to daily workflow.
  • Balance operational, administrative and colleague needs.
  • Assist Owners and Guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.
  • Coordinate arrival and departure schedules for Owners and Guests.
  • Coordinate daily transportation needs.
  • Manage on‑duty responsibilities as assigned.
  • Follow department policies, procedures and service standards.
  • Follow all safety policies.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Valid Driver’s License in good standing required.
  • Previous experience in a guest services department preferred.
  • Previous Property Management System experience preferred.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Windows applications required.
  • University/College degree in a related discipline an asset.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Highly responsible and reliable.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
  • Ability to focus on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
Physical Aspects of the Position
  • Frequent standing and walking throughout shift.
  • Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting.
  • Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps.
